The Family & Friends CPR program contains information on how to perform the basic skills of CPR in adults, children and infants and how to help an adult, child or infant who is choking. The Family & Friends CPR program is for family members, friends and members of the general community who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card. This program is specifically designed for those who prefer to learn in a group environment with feedback from an instructor.
