West Harrison Moose Lodge Donates Trauma Dolls

MARCH 07 - West Harrison Moose Lodge 294 donated 48 stuffed animals Wednesday to the Harrison Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to be distributed to children in traumatic situations.

Train Halted in Harrison for Heat-Related Illness

AUGUST 01 - An outbound train was stopped at the Harrison station Wednesday evening when police and emergency responders were called to assist a woman on board. Police said the woman felt ill due to the intense heat throughout the region.

"It was definitely heat-related," Officer Robert Carlucci said.
